James M. Dunlap, AIC

Jim joined Cabot Risk Strategies in 2013 and is the Claim Manager of the Workers’ Compensation Claim Department. Jim is responsible for overall administration of claim functions in compliance with contract requirements. He oversees the work of the claims representatives and facilitates the day-to-day. Jim’s 20+ years of experience includes claim and litigation management, mediation and settlement, and development of case resolution strategies. He has also served as an internal and external quality compliance auditor. Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.
