Paula Bousquet

Paula joined Cabot Risk Strategies in 2016 as Director of Human Resources. Paula is responsible for all areas of Human Resources and Administration including: talent strategy, compensation and performance management programs, policy development, employee benefits, employee relations, office services, administrative staff. Paula comes to Cabot with over 20 years of experience in all areas of HR and has a demonstrated record as a strategic business partner in leading and coaching management and staff through extensive organizational change and international growth. Paula holds a BA in business from Colby College, as well as a Human Resources Certification from Bentley University. She has also earned the SPHR and SCP-SHRM professional designations.
