Meet Mark
Mark is the Director of Employee benefits. He Joined Cabot Risk Strategies in May of 2024. Mark brings with him a unique skill set from over 14 years of experience in the employee benefits marketplace. He has an intimate knowledge of software and payroll integration with Human Capital Management systems in relation to employee benefits. In his experience he has implemented and managed large complex employee benefit enrollments for some of the region’s most well-known employers.
Additionally, Mark has a deep knowledge of working with public sector clients. He has been responsible for helping municipalities launch technology platforms for their employees to enroll in benefits. His distinctive knowledge of supplemental health products allows our advisors to be critically strategic in minimizing out of pocket exposure with a safety net of programs that are vital during times of accidents and sickness.
Mark’s deep and wide relationships with the carriers in the marketplace who serve our clients brings value to the expertise Cabot Risk Strategies provides. Mark possesses an expert knowledge of Massachusetts Paid Family Medical leave insurance and serves as a subject matter expert for our clients and team members.
In his spare time Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. He serves on fundraising committees for his community’s public schools. He loves to coach football, basketball, and baseball for the youth sports program in his town.
