Meet Joseph
Joe serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Cabot Risk Strategies LLC, Cabot Risk Strategies Select LLC, and Strategic Asset Partners, LLC. Since the firm’s establishment in 2006, he has remained steadfast in his commitment to ensuring that Cabot consistently delivers the highest standard of service to its clients. In his role, he provides executive oversight for the organization’s sales, business development strategies, financial management, and operational performance.
With more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Joe began his professional career as a Northeastern University cooperative education student at Hastings-Tapley in Cambridge, MA. He subsequently relocated to Texas to manage the company’s Dallas office. Upon returning to Massachusetts, he distinguished himself as a leading Account Executive both at Hastings-Tapley and USI New England. His professional expertise encompasses insurance consulting, business development, and strategic planning.
Joe contributes to the industry through his service on the Renaissance Alliance Advisory Committee (RAIS). He is also actively engaged in civic affairs and has served the Town of Boxford as a selectman.
