Meet Adam
Adam Blais joined Cabot Risk Strategies LLC in 2024 as a Claims Manager. Adam currently oversees a dedicated team of claim handlers responsible for handling the MIIA Member Services account in the areas of auto, cyber, general liability, and property claims management.
Prior to joining Cabot, Adam worked as claims management consultant for an independent, international consulting and actuarial firm. Adam has over 20 years’ experience in claims as a compliance auditor, consultant, and supervisor. His experience includes all lines of property and casualty, as well as workers’ compensation claims from direct carriers, reinsurers, risk retention groups, self-insureds, self-insurance pools, and third-party administrators. Adam’s expertise includes optimizing claims operation workflows, processes and procedures.
Adam holds a Master of Business Administration in Economic Crime and Fraud Management from Utica University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Merrimack College. He holds an Associate Degree in Claims (AIC) and Associate Degree in Insurance Services (AIS) designations.
