Robert J. Gaudette

Bob is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this key leadership role, he oversees strategic goals including growth, profit and retention for both Property Casualty and Employee Benefits divisions. Bob’s background includes over 20 years new business development and leadership within the independent agency space both locally and nationally. His prior experience includes working closely with Third Party Administrators, Captives and Workers Compensation Self Insurance Groups. Bob is responsible for the performance and development of all sales activities and process implementation at Cabot.
