Larisa Grace

Larisa is the Claims Manager at Cabot Risk Strategies with over 15 years of experience in the management and handling of Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation and Injured on Duty claims. In her managerial role, she provides guidance, training, and oversight to claims adjusters to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant claim handling in accordance with Massachusetts regulations and best practices.

Larisa is responsible for developing staff, reviewing complex and high-exposure claims, and assisting adjusters with coverage determinations, investigations, and thoughtful resolution strategies. Larisa works closely with internal partners, legal counsel, medical and other service providers to promote effective claim outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and risk management.
